Since completing my three-month training at the National Trade Academy in New Zealand, I have built strong practical experience in the dairy industry. I started as a Farm Assistant in June 2024, where I gained hands-on skills across all areas of farm operations, including milking, animal care, machinery operation, irrigation, and general farm maintenance. Through hard work and dedication, I progressed into a Herd Manager role, where I now take on greater responsibility for herd health, daily operations, and team support. I am confident in administering animal treatments, rearing calves, managing resources, and ensuring high standards of workplace health and safety. Holding an AEWV visa, I am committed to maintaining a productive, efficient, and safe farm environment while continuing to grow my skills within the industry.
