I have a total of 6 years dairy farming.  I can confidently identify and treat most animal health issues such as mastitis, lameness.  I can identify a springer cow about to or is in early stages of calving and when to intervene.  I believe I have great stockmanship I'm calm around all types of stock and understand behavior.  I have basic tractor skills I can change and use front and back implements and I can feed out.  I have patience and can rear calves inline with farms goals and plans I can plate meter and assist with grazing plans.  I am approachable and can train junior staff on tasks  I have worked with travelling and pod irrigation systems  I have high standards to milking hygiene and I take pride in keep the farm tidy.  I'm not afraid of technology I can use Minda, halter, pro track.  I have a upto date CV with reference.
