We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Assistant to join Lanka Sugar in Rathnapura. In this role, you’ll oversee a variety of sugarcane farming operations, coordinating field teams, driving efficiency, and supporting both strategic projects and everyday farm tasks within a dynamic agribusiness environment. You’ll make a real impact on land productivity, support farming communities, and work alongside a diverse team to enhance crop yields and farming practices.
