  • Profile photo, work experience, skills, location, and availability;

  • Display your profile and listings to other users;

In the event of a privacy breach that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify the Office of the Privacy Commissioner and affected users in line with the Privacy Act 2020.

8. Overseas Disclosures

We may disclose your personal information to service providers and partners located overseas (e.g., cloud hosting providers, payment processors, or social media platforms). Where we do so, we will ensure the recipient provides privacy protections comparable to those under New Zealand law (IPP12).

New Zealand has been recognised by the European Union and United Kingdom as providing adequate protection, so transfers from the EEA/UK to NZ are permitted.

We keep personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by law. If you close your account, we may continue to retain your personal information for business, legal, or operational purposes.
