We are on the hunt for a motivated and ambitious Assistant Manager to help lead our team of 4 full time on a 1,200 cow farm. We operate a grass based system aiming to maximise pasture harvest and profitability whilst providing opportunities for the team to learn and grow to set them up for a successful career. Strong pasture management and animal health skills are favoured for this role however attitude is everything to us, we seek a can-do attitude, striving for continual improvement so please get in touch if this sounds of interest
