







A Dairy Farm Assistant on your farm would be involved in the day-to-day operation of an 800-cow dairy farm milking through a 60-bale rotary. Key responsibilities include: Assisting with twice-daily milking and maintaining milk quality standards. Bringing cows to and from the shed and ensuring smooth cow flow through the rotary. Identifying and reporting animal health issues. Feeding stock and assisting with pasture management. Shifting and setting up fences. Operating farm vehicles and machinery safely. Assisting with calf rearing when required. General farm maintenance, including cleaning, weed control, repairs, and upkeep of farm facilities. Supporting mating activities and other seasonal tasks. Following health and safety procedures and farm policies. What we're looking for: A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Reliability and a strong work ethic. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good animal handling skills or a willingness to develop them. A restricted or full driver's licence preferred.
