Skilled in planting, caring for crops, harvesting, operating farming machinery, and maintaining farm safety. Experienced in sorting, packing, and preparing fruits for shipment while adhering to quality and hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare soil, plant, water, and care for crops, including pest and weed control. - Operate and maintain farming tools and machinery safely. - Harvest and sort fruits and vegetables; ensure proper storage and handling. - Feed and care for livestock as required. - Sort, wash, and pack fruits according to company standards with accurate labeling. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in both farm and packing areas. - Monitor and report equipment issues and adhere to safety and food hygiene regulations. About You: - Reliable and responsible with practical agricultural and packing experience. - Motivated and adaptable, able to work efficiently under production targets. - Competent in operating agricultural machinery and handling farm tasks. - Good communication skills with proficiency in Nepali and English. - Committed to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
