Farm Assistant - Dunsandel Area

We are looking for a reliable, motivated Farm Assistant to join our team. This position is available as either a temporary or permanent role, depending on the successful applicant. We milk 900 cows through a 60 bail rotary cowshed with ACRs, protrak, in shed feeding as well as Sensehub collars. About the role: -Milking in a modern rotary dairy -Shifting stock and feeding out -Animal health and calf care -Weed control and general farm maintenance -Tractor work (experience preferred but not essential) -Working as part of a supportive team while maintaining a high standard of animal welfare What we're looking for: -Positive attitude and strong work ethic -Honest, reliable and willing to learn -Good communication skills -Ability to work both independently and in a team -Full driver's licence preferred -Dairy farming experience is an advantage but we are happy to consider applicants with the right attitude Unfortunatly we are not accrediated employers, applicants must be able to pass a drug test.
