Farm Assistant - fixed or longer term role available

We’re looking for a farm assistant to join our team for a longer term, but we’ll also happily consider someone who can commit to at least early January. It’s important to us that we find the right fit, so a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of our crew is key. You’ll be involved in daily milking, calf care, and general farm work, all while following established routines and training. Requirements: - Positive attitude and enthusiasm for teamwork - Trustworthy and responsible - Willingness to learn new skills and accept feedback - Good communication skills - Ability to ride or willingness to learn to ride a 2-wheeler motorbike - Eligible to work in New Zealand - Ideally able to start soon Responsibilities: - Milking and moving cows, including setting up break fences - Assisting with shed and yard cleaning and maintenance - Helping with calves and cleaning calf equipment - Performing general farm jobs as needed - Following established systems and training for all tasks We'd love to hear from you - get in touch today!
