FULL TIME DRIVE IN POSITION NEAR INVERCARGILL
Description
We are looking for a motivated, punctual and honest dairy farm assistant or farmhand to join our team for the upcoming 2026/2027 season on our 170ha family owned dairy farm, located 15 minutes from Invercargill off the Lorneville Darce highway. Milking 480 cross breed cows, through 44 aside herringbone with ACR’s, in shed feeding, auto drafting and automated plant wash. Wintering barn also, so looking for someone that has experience in tractor feeding out etc. Experience in this role would be preferred to carry out the following tasks, milking cows, animal health, effluent management, fert applications and general farm maintenance. Experienced on a quad bike and tractor. Working a 11 and 3 roster. Must be a New Zealand resident and hold a current New Zealand drivers license.
