For the right candidate, job can start ASAP Nutritional Farm, located in Dunsandel, Canterbury, is looking for an energetic, reliable and proactive Farm Worker to join our team. If you enjoy working outdoors, being hands-on and having variety in your working week, this could be the opportunity for you! We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. Full training will be provided, and there will be opportunities to learn new skills and develop within the role. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE:  Physically fit and able to regularly lift approximately 15–20 kg.  Comfortable working in all weather conditions – rain, sunshine, hot or cold.  Reliable and punctual  Have your own reliable vehicle.  Hardworking, self-motivated and takes pride in doing the job properly.  Can work confidently both independently and as part of a team.  A keen learner who is interested in developing new skills.  Prepared to get stuck in and help wherever needed.  Available to work one weekend day per week. MAIN DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:  Collecting, grading and processing eggs  Tractor and general farm work  Fencing and light building projects  Cleaning and maintaining chicken sheds  Farm cleaning and maintenance  General repairs and maintenance around the farm WHAT WE OFFER:  Full-time permanent position  40 hours per week guaranteed  $23.95 per hour – pay rise after 6 months  Extra hours available when required  Full training provided  Opportunity to learn new skills and upskill  A varied, hands-on role in a friendly farm environment  Opportunity for growth within the company READY TO JOIN THE TEAM?
