Lambing Worker Wanted
Description
We are a cropping and sheep farm in the Selwyn district and are looking for some help over lambing. Fixed Term role on a 900+ ewe cropping and sheep farm. Will work alongside farm owner to provide support over lambing. There could be some tractor work available. Start 27th July for 8 weeks (approx). Between 4-8 hours available each weekday, must include mornings. Could lead to further work. Farm is between Leeston and Dunsandel, approximately 25mins from Rolleston or Lincoln. Drive in role (no accomodation available, sorry). Lunch provided. Must have experience with sheep farming and be fit and strong enough to handle sheep. The employee will be working alongside the farmer so any specific training will be provided, but a desire to learn and improve is vital.
