Manage the day-to-day operations of the farm. Supervise livestock health, nutrition, breeding, and production. Develop and implement effective livestock management plans. Monitor animal health and welfare and coordinate veterinary care when required. Manage pasture, feed, water, and other farm resources efficiently. Supervise and train farm staff. Maintain accurate records of livestock, production, treatments, and farm activities. Monitor farm productivity and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with animal welfare, biosecurity, health and safety, and environmental regulations. Work closely with farm owners, veterinarians, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Prepare reports on farm performance, livestock production, and operational activities. Contribute to budgeting, cost control, and improving overall farm profitability.
