Are you looking for a farm where you can work with a positive team and enjoy learning? We’re looking for people who are positive team players to join us in our like minded team. Ideally we find someone for a permanent role, but we are also open to fixed term. Start date can be anytime from Mid April, and a fixed term role would be until at least Dec/Jan. The farm is 700 cows milked through a rotary cowshed, with cows wintered close by. We milk twice a day from calving to mid-late January, and then move to 10 in 7 milking. Calves are fed on an ad lib system. What We’re Looking For: - Positive attitude, energetic outlook, and team player mentality - Trustworthy, pride in your work, and ready to learn - Good communication skills and open to feedback - A desire to take responsibility and enjoy working with systems What You'll Be Doing: The job includes a range of the following dependent on prior experience, with room to grow into more responsibility: - Getting cows in, milking, and washing shed/plant/vat - General animal health tasks - General farm maintenance - Doing break fences and tractor work, including irrigation - Calving and calf rearing tasks - Wintering cows on farm What We Offer You: - Fair pay as salary or hourly rate based on your experience and fit with the role. - Fully furnished accommodation with rent deducted from pay (includes Starlink internet). - High performance team environment that will give you valuable skills for your future career, with regular feedback and room to grow. Accommodation

Various accommodation available (shared, single or 3 bedroom cottage) that meets Healthy Homes standards, with rent deducted from pay. Starlink internet is included. Please note pets are considered on a case by case basis.
