Junior Shepherd- “Springvale” Banks Peninsula An exciting opportunity for a self motivated, enthusiastic junior Shepherd. Springvale is a hill country sheep and beef breeding property run in conjunction with a finishing unit wintering 14,500 su. We are looking for a junior shepherd who has the desire to enhance and develop their skills, who takes pride in their work and is eager to contribute to our team. Applicants to have: -A strong work ethic -Willing to learn -Eager and build a competent team of working dogs. - Desire to create excellent stockmanship skills and strong mustering capabilities. -Good communication skills -Sense of humour -at least 3 working dogs to start with. -applicants must be a NZ resident or hold a valid NZ work visa and have a drivers license.
