We're looking for a young and talented Tractor/Digger Operator to join our small business. This is a casual or part-time role to start, with the potential to move to full-time if work continues to grow. The position may also include general labour tasks and winter calf rearing when required. We're after someone who's hardworking, self-motivated, and pays close attention to detail. Requirements: - Full driver's licence preferred; WTR licence ideal - Proven ability operating tractors and diggers - Strong work ethic and self-motivation - Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented - Willingness to take on labouring tasks and help with calf rearing as needed Responsibilities: - Operate tractors and diggers safely for various jobs - Carry out labouring work as required - Assist with winter calf rearing between main tasks - Maintain machinery and equipment in good order - Solve problems on the job and ensure work is done to a high standard Message me if you're interested on 0224775499
