Tractor Operator- Tepirita Enterprises Ltd Te Pirita Enterprises Ltd, based just 10 minutes north of Rakaia, is a progressive agricultural contracting business specialising in cultivation, drilling, and precision planting. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work with efficiency and care. The Role We are currently seeking two Tractor Operators to join our team. These positions are available on either a full-time permanent or seasonal basis (with preference for full-time). Our busy season begins in August and runs through until mid-December, with our core workload focused on winter feed, cultivation, and precision drilling. Responsibilities -Operating modern tractors and machinery for cultivation, drilling, and related tasks -Ensuring high-quality work and attention to detail in all operations -Performing daily machinery checks and basic maintenance -Working as part of a small, skilled team to deliver efficient and reliable service About You We’re looking for operators who: -Have experience with large modern tractors and cultivation/drilling equipment -Can work independently and take pride in their work -Have strong attention to detail and a positive attitude -Are reliable, punctual, and adaptable to seasonal workloads -Hold a current driver’s licence (HT licence an advantage but not essential) What We Offer Competitive pay rates (based on experience) Modern, well-maintained machinery and equipment Supportive team environment with a focus on quality and safety Opportunity for a permanent position in a well-established contracting business How to Apply If you’re motivated and skilled in tractor operations, we’d love to hear from you.
