I bring over eight years of hands-on experience in livestock management and general farm operations, with a strong focus on animal care, farm maintenance, and day-to-day operational efficiency. In my current role as Farm Manager at Valve Ventures in Accra, I manage the daily care of more than 50 grasscutters. My duties include feeding, breeding support, health monitoring, sanitation, and maintaining biosecurity standards. I also keep accurate farm records covering breeding cycles, production, and expenses, while supervising staff and organising daily work schedules. This experience has strengthened my ability to run efficient and productive farm operations. I am physically fit and comfortable working in demanding outdoor environments. I take health and safety seriously, maintain clean workspaces, and work well both independently and as part of a team. I am flexible with working hours, including weekends and shifts, and I am willing to relocate. I am keen to contribute my practical farming skills and strong work ethic to your operation.
