About Cory Holland

Professional Summary I have moderate experience in cultivation and fertilizer spreading, having done most of the urea and lime spreading on our dairy farm. This gave me experience using the AgLeader GPS system and an understanding of why we use specific fertilizers. I also completed most of the dairy farm cultivation, helping get grasses and brassicas in the ground earlier for higher and healthier yields. I have great time management, always arriving early and starting work on time. I take pride in finishing jobs to the highest standard, meeting or exceeding my boss's expectations. My milking experience is very limited due to milking robots on our previous farm, but I am aware of basic cow health and milking procedures. Education Pukerau Primary School (2014–2019, Years 1–6) Longford Intermediate School (Years 7 and 8) Gore High School (Years 9 and 10) Waitaki Boys High School (Year 11; Hostel Boy) Academic achievements include overall merit grades in Mathematics and achievements in Science, Agricultural and Horticultural Science, English, and Commerce. As of 24th October 2025, I am close to passing NCEA Level 1. Outside of work, my biggest passion besides agriculture is golf. I have played for over three years, representing myself and my schools at regional levels and winning regional titles. I play most Saturdays but always prioritise work first.
