About Daniela Weber

"Seeking long term Employment with an Accredited Employer in the Dairy Industry"

Kia Ora, My name is Daniela Weber, 38 years old. I am currently in Germany and planning to return to New Zealand in October 2025. I have spend the last five years in New Zealand and returning now with the intention of finding a permanent job in the dairy industry on an Accredited Employer Work Visa. Therefore I am looking for an employer that is in need of an additional team member on their farm. I am available from December 2025, possibly earlier depending on how fast the Visa process will be. I have collected all necessary documents for the Visa application but I am in need of a full time offer. My intention is to find a company that can offer me stable employment rather on one farm or switching between farms on demand. A few key notes o my past experience. (focused on Dairy Farming) - Farm assistant on three dairy Farms in NZ. -Worked with Herringbone and Rotary System. -200-700 Cows in one or two herds. Summer and winter milking. -All three job were during calving season and I was involved with all tasks during this time such as milking, feeding, health management of the herd, breeding and calf-rearing, maintenance for the facilities and farm land such as fencing, pasture management, weed and pest control. Experience in driving dirt bikes, four-wheeler and small tractor work. Only little experience in driving large tractors but motivated and willing to gain further certifications in all needed areas of dairy farming. My past experience on dairy farms have shown me that this job is aligned with my skills set, life style and motivation to further educate myself in all fields of Dairy farming. My plan is to participate in further educational courses (such as animal health care, calf rearing, large tractor driving etc.) to gain further certifications. a few key notes about my person: -being a reliable and motivated worker is a high priority. Previous employers will tell you that I am not just on time but early on the job (that is just my German nature). - familiarity with the physical and mental demands of the job. Early rinsing and working in all weather conditions and all seasons is my regular routine. I take very good care of my health through regular exercise, healthy eating and a good sleeping routine so that I am in the best shape for the job and in private life. - experience in living and working in rural areas. During my jobs on dairy farms I have been living on the land to be in close proximity to the job. I have been involved with renovation and landscaping work to keep the accommodation in good shape. -Respect and care for your assets. Your land, herd and machinery are your lively hood and I will treat it with the high respect and care it deserves. The same goes with provided accommodation. While I do not mind getting dirty on the job, I keep my house tidy and clean. I enjoy gardening work and will take responsibility for the land and keep it in good shape. -Calm nature while handling the animals. Cows are very sensitive creatures. Therefore I handle them with respect and a calm nature, reading their body language and creating a save environment for everyone involved. I am aware that getting to know a person before committing to a job offer is very important. Therefore I am more that happy to have a video call at a time of your convenience. This way we have the opportunity to get to know each other and ask any question that come up. If you are in need of an additional member of your team please get in touch with me
