Role/Achievements  Consistently and efficiently worked on a staff roaster (8 days on, 2 days off).  Possess adequate knowledge of the milking process  Developed the capability of milking 1000 cows on a 54 rotary bale via an “am and “pm” milking shifts.  Familiarity with the techniques of identifying mastitis in cows  Identification, reporting and supporting the treatment of lame cows  Fencing and Herding  Spraying weeds and pest control  Provide ongoing support in cow health management  Contribute towards calf feeding and rearing  Consistently ensure an awareness of milk company standards and safe practices on the farm are maintained  Meticulously carry out general cleaning  Provide support in shifting effluent sprayer  Provide support in shifting irrigators
