My name is Keegan Bensch, and I am a 19-year-old Dairy Farm Assistant currently seeking employment for the upcoming season. My current contract concludes on 1 March, and by the end of this season, I will have gained four months of hands-on dairy farming experience. During this time, I have developed a solid foundation in dairy farm operations and have a strong desire to continue building on the knowledge and skills I have acquired. I am highly motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn every aspect of the dairy industry. My long-term goal is to grow within the industry and, one day, own and manage my own dairy farm.
