The updated Ag Assist platform now supports everything from farm job listings and jobseeker profiles to agricultural services and farm goods for sale or hire, all in one place. This evolution addresses key challenges faced by Kiwi farmers and rural communities – and delivers new value by keeping it all under one roof. From Niche Job Board to Comprehensive Marketplace Ag Assist was born out of a pressing need in New Zealand’s agriculture sector: finding and retaining farm labour. Since launch, thousands of users have joined to find work, staff, and support across the food and fibre sector. Encouraged by this response, we’ve expanded beyond jobs to build a more complete rural marketplace – one that reflects the real needs of farming and rural life in New Zealand.
