I am an Agronomy and Agricultural R&D Specialist with approximately 9 years of practical experience in commercial crop production, greenhouse horticulture, agricultural R&D, nursery management, crop protection, irrigation and fertigation. I hold a B.Sc. in Plantation Management from Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, with hands-on experience in fresh produce crops, high-tech greenhouse systems, hydroponics, crop trials and sugarcane production. I have strong skills in crop monitoring, pest and disease management, new variety evaluation, farmer extension, team coordination and modern agricultural technologies.
