I am a veterinarian (DVM, 2018) from Pakistan, registered with the Pakistan Veterinary Medical Council, with an MPhil in Epidemiology and Public Health. I have worked with cattle, sheep, goats and poultry, and my experience includes animal health monitoring, biosecurity, field sampling and accurate record keeping. I am looking for a farm assistant or similar role on a New Zealand dairy, sheep or beef farm, ideally with an employer that can offer visa support (such as an Accredited Employer Work Visa). I do not currently hold New Zealand work rights. I am reliable, physically fit, comfortable with outdoor work and early starts, and a quick learner who takes health and safety seriously. I do not have paid experience as a farm assistant, but I am keen to learn farm systems and machinery and to build a long-term career in New Zealand agriculture. I speak English at a professional level (IELTS 6.5) and am happy to relocate.
