I’m looking for any dryland or irrigated arable land for lease in ellesmere, I would consider land elsewhere in the selwyn district. I keep roadsides mown, gorse hedges cut, drains cleaned, fences and lanes maintained, etc. I’m also happy to remove or put in new fences, gateways, and culverts as part of the lease agreement. If you have livestock I would be happy to drill winter feed between crops and regrass paddocks at the end of the lease. Send me a message for more information.
